About Us
Our Service Philosophy
At LeanEdge, we perform our "consulting" work side-by-side with your shop floor personnel, plant operations and warehouse management team, accounting and sales staff, and your executive leadership group. This approach allows us to develop first hand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within your operation while beginning to foster good communications, mutual respect and trust with your personnel.
It’s important to us that you, our potential client, achieve all of the productivity increases, profitability goals and any other gains awaiting you. Bottom-line results are what your company is after and that’s what LeanEdge offers.
But of equal importance to us is that each of our clients enjoys their lean journey with us--not just endure it! We pay attention to the individuals within your people systems because establishing and maintaining good relationships are key to our mutual and continued success.
